- ¼ cup vegetarian Parmesan cheese finely grated
- 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese grated or sliced
- 2 ounces goats cheese crumbled

If using a pizza oven
- Preheat your oven to 650°F/340°C
- Lightly dust your pizza paddle with flour, then place your pizza base on the flour. Spread marinara sauce on the pizza crust, leaving a half inch border. What cheese do I use on a cheese pizza ?
We’ve used three different kinds of cheese on our
Mozzarella cheese, vegetarian grated Parmesan cheese, and goat cheese.
They really complement each other, giving an amazing cheesy taste.
We use grated mozzarella as fresh mozzarella has a lot of moisture.
So, in our opinion, they are the best cheese to use, but of course, you can use other cheeses if you prefer.
