- 2 Tortillas
- ½ cup Pizza sauce
- 6 tbsp Vegetarian Parmesan cheese finely shredded
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 10 Vegetarian pepperoni slices
- 1 handful Basil leaves roughly torn
- Red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F/220°C.
- Place your tortillas on a flat work surface and spread pizza sauce on your tortillas, leaving a ½ inch border. Sprinkle the vegetarian Parmesan cheese over the pizza sauce, then scatter shredded mozzarella, followed by the vegetarian pepperoni.½ cup Pizza sauce, 6 tbsp Vegetarian Parmesan cheese, ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, 10 Vegetarian pepperoni slices, 2 Tortillas
