Preheat your air fryer to 425°F/220°C.
Place your flour or corn tortillas on a flat surface and spread
Now, place the flour or corn tortilla in the air fryer basket, sprinkle optional Italian seasoning or
Air fry for approximately 3 minutes, checking after 90 seconds.

When the tortilla pizza is cooked, the cheese will have melted, and the tortilla will be crispy and golden.
Remove from the air fryer basket, scatter fresh basil and optional red chili flakes, repeat the process until all have been cooked, serve and enjoy your delicious air fryer tortilla

- 6 tablespoons vegetarian Parmesan cheese finely shredded
- 20 vegetarian pepperoni slices
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 handful basil leaves roughly torn
- Red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F/220°C.
- Place your tortillas on a flat work surface and spread pizza sauce on your tortillas, leaving a ½ inch border. Sprinkle the vegetarian Parmesan cheese over the pizza sauce, followed by the vegetarian pepperoni, then scatter shredded mozzarella over.2 flour tortillas, ½ cup pizza sauce, 6 tablespoons vegetarian Parmesan cheese, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, 20 vegetarian pepperoni slices
- Place the tortilla in your air fryer basket and cook for approximately 3 minutes, check after 90 seconds, until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is crispy and golden.
