If you are making peri peri seasoning mix
In a mixing bowl, add ground coriander, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, paprika, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cardamom, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper, and mix it together.
If you are making homemade French fries
Peel and cut your russet potatoes or Yukon gold potatoes into long fries, approximately ½ inch thick.
Then, place them into a large bowl of cold water to soak for 10 minutes, preferably longer, to remove any excess starch.
Drain your French fries and pat them dry.
If you are using frozen French fries
Preheat your air fryer according to the French fries packet instructions
Add your Frozen French fries to the air fryer basket, drizzle with olive oil (you could use grapeseed oil if you prefer), and, using your hands, make sure the fries are coated evenly with oil.
Then air fry according to the packet instructions until the frozen fries are cooked and golden brown, shaking halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
Add the cooked fries to a mixing bowl and sprinkle the peri peri seasoning and toss to evenly coat.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
