Wash your sweet potatoes using a vegetable brush, ensuring any dirt is removed from them, then pat them dry.
Using a fork, prick holes in the skin of the potatoes.
Place them in your air fryer basket, ensuring that you don’t overcrowd them, or they may have soggy skins, and cook for 35 – 45 minutes, turning them halfway through.
