As chives are a crucial ingredient, if you don’t have them, we’d suggest you leave making it until you do.

Out of sour cream?
If you’ve been to your fridge and you find yourself out of sour cream, then don’t worry, we have a workaround for you.
Greek yogurt, Fromage frais, and crème Fraiche will both be a decent stand-in for sour cream.
Will it taste different?
Yes, but you’ll still be able to enjoy it.
