What do I serve it with?

Our mini apple crumbles are perfect when served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

If serving ice cream, just be aware that the ice cream can soften the topping.

We’ve used Granny Smith apples, but you can use your favorite type.

Braeburn and pink lady apples are both good apples.

How do I store them?

Each mini apple crumble will be stored covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.

They do freeze well, but we strongly recommend freezing the crumble topping and the apple mixture separately.

This is because if frozen together when you defrost them, the crumble topping may become soggy and lose its crunchiness.
