How to make white chocolate mousse with step by step instructions

Making our white chocolate mousse recipe is easy if you follow our simple instructions.

In a small pan over medium heat, add white chocolate and ½ cup of heavy whipping cream and stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Transfer the melted white chocolate to a small bowl and let it cool to room temperature.

Heat the white chocolate with whipping cream, whisk the remaining whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form, then fold in the melted chocolate.

Now, in a separate bowl add the remaining heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and beat until stiff peaks form, and place in the fridge to cool while the white chocolate mixture is cooling.

Then, using a rubber spatula, gently fold half of the whipped cream into the cooled white chocolate mixture, then fold the remaining whipped cream into the mixture.
