Do you need any special equipment to make mashed sweet potatoes?

No, you don’t.

The great thing about mashed sweet potatoes is that they store well, simply cover them and keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days.

This makes them the perfect ‘get ahead’ side dish for family meals.

You can also freeze mashed sweet potatoes, which makes them great for batch cooking.
