How to make chili lime corn on the cob with step by step instructions

It’s easy to make our lime and chili corn on the cob recipe if you follow our simple instructions.

Preheat your oven to 400°F/205°C.

In a small bowl, add butter, lime juice, chili powder, red chilies, and kosher salt, and mix to combine.

Then, spread the chili lime butter mixture evenly over your corn on the cob and place each cob in aluminum foil.

Mix butter with red chili pepper, chili powder, and lime juice. Wrap the individual cobs in foil and cook for approximately 20 minutes.

Seal the foil, place them on a baking sheet, and cook for approximately 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven, unwrap each corn on the cob, and spread any remaining butter evenly over the corn.

Garnish with optional lime wedges and fresh cilantro, and serve immediately! .

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 red chili stalk and seeds removed, finely chopped
  • 4 corn on the cob

Instructions

  • Pre heat your oven to 400°F/205°C
  • In a mixing bowl, add butter, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, red chilies, and kosher salt, and mix together. Then spread evenly on the cobs, wrap them in foil and place on a baking sheet, and then in the oven
