Pomegranate, orange and cranberry mocktail

This cranberry, orange and pomegranate spritzer is a deliciously refreshing easy to make mocktail that is great for all of the family to enjoy!

Looking for easy to make mocktails for dry January (and any other time of the year)?

Easy to make mocktails

Sometimes, when you’ve decided to cut alcohol out of your diet, you still need to think you are getting a treat, a reward for your efforts.

When Jane was on her dry January, she wanted something that was full of flavour, a mocktail that was easy to make and one that would appeal to her family.

That’s when she made her very own version of cranberry, orange and pomegranate spritzer and boy was it nice!

Pomegranate seeds in a dish

How to make a cranberry, orange and pomegranate spritzer

Making this great mocktail is easy…really easy!

You can use everything fresh but a great twist to the spritzer is to have frozen slices of orange and frozen cranberry seeds, so pop them in the freezer the night before or for a good few hours before you make the drink.

This gives a really great chill to the drink and keeps it cool for longer if you are having it as a refreshing drink in the summer.

Fresh oranges

Just take an orange, slice it and then lay each slice flat on a tray and open freeze the slices.

Once frozen, you can place them in an airtight bag or container and put them back in the freezer without the slices sticking together.

For frozen pomegranate seeds simply remove the seeds from the fruit and place them in a freezer bag and freeze them – simple!

We think you’re going to absolutely love making this mocktail and for those who would like to add a little alcohol into the mix, then you could easily add a shot of vodka without affecting the taste at all.

Why not try our pineapple margarita mocktail or a delicious spicy pineapple mojito!

How do I make a mocktail from scratch?

You’ll soon see how easy it is to make this spritzer when you follow our step by step instructions below.

If you’re from a country that uses the cup measurement system, then just press the toggle button under the ingredient list and it’ll instantly convert them for you.

Cheers! Let us know in the comments how you enjoyed it!
