Easy Egg Bites Recipe
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day – right? But sometimes it can get, well, you know, predictable. Our egg bites recipe is here to shake things up! These perfectly portioned bites are loaded with flavor and will leave you feeling satisfied and ready to take on the day.
Mix things up with pizza bagels, bagel bites, or egg bites – you can even make egg bites in the air fryer!

How to make egg bites with step-by-step instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F/175°C.
Spray a skillet with nonstick spray, and then, over medium heat, add your chosen vegetables and cook until they are softened, approximately 4 – 8 minutes.
Remove from the heat and drain off any excess fluid.
Spray your mini muffin tin with a generous amount of nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, mix together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Now divide the vegetable mix between the greased muffin tin holes or silicone mold, then divide the vegetarian meat and place it on top of the vegetables, and then the cheese,
I like to use silicone, the egg bites are easy to push out, so you don't break any. I'd recommend that you spray them lightly with oil or wipe them with butter. They are also good for making muffins and are dishwasher-proof.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the vegetable and veggie meat mix, just enough so that there is a little room at the top as they will puff up.
Place your muffin tins in the oven and bake until the egg bites are set, approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and either serve them immediately or alternatively, you can eat them cold.
