How to make a cranberry, orange and pomegranate spritzer
Making this great mocktail is easy…really easy!
You can use everything fresh but a great twist to the spritzer is to have frozen slices of orange and frozen cranberry seeds, so pop them in the freezer the night before or for a good few hours before you make the drink.
This gives a really great chill to the drink and keeps it cool for longer if you are having it as a refreshing drink in the summer.

Just take an orange, slice it and then lay each slice flat on a tray and open freeze the slices.
Once frozen, you can place them in an airtight bag or container and put them back in the freezer without the slices sticking together.
