Green Curved Line

Start your day with a bang with our vegetarian Thai Omelet Recipe! This isn’t your ordinary omelette. It’s a vibrant blend of eggs, green onions, spice, and seasoning that will awaken your taste buds and leave you craving more.

Whether you’re looking for a hearty breakfast or a light dinner, this 7-minute omelet has got you covered.

1. First, crack the eggs into a bowladd the soy sauce, and whisk until the raw egg mixture is frothy and well combined. This step is crucial for getting that light, airy texture that makes Thai omelets so special.

Combine & whisk

2. Carefully pour ¼ of the egg mixture into the hot oil from a height of about 7 cm. This helps create those beautiful air bubbles that give the omelet its signature texture. Cook until it’s golden brown on one side, then gently flip it over and cook for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are crispy and golden.

3. Once cooked, remove the omelet from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove any excess oil.

4. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions, a drizzle of Sriracha sauce, and fresh cilantro leaves. Serve hot, ideally with a side of jasmine rice and a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a complete meal.
