Nothing screams comfort food more than tasty vegetarian or vegan meatballs cooked in the most delicious marinara sauce, on a bed of perfectly cooked spaghetti. This is a meat free meal that tastes seriously good, the umami taste from the veggie meatballs, rich tomato sauce flavor & the perfectly cooked spaghetti all make for a very satisfying dinner. Ideal for Veganuary, meat free Monday or if you're just cutting down on your meat consumption.
In a large pan over medium heat, add your marinara sauce and meatballs according to the packet instructions
460 g Marinara sauce, 8 Vegetarian meatballs
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook your spaghetti for 2 minutes less than the packet instructions. When your spaghetti is cooked, drain and add to the meatball and sauce and toss until fully combined. Serve immediately with an optional garnish of vegan finely grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Enjoy your hearty meat-free dinner!
