EASY Crispy Potato Tacos with Sweet PotatoeS

These Crispy Potato Tacos, loaded with sweet potatoes and cabbage, are perfect for a quick, flavorful, and satisfying meal.

You’ll absolutely love the irresistible combination of the crispy, spiced sweet potatoes with the fresh, tangy toppings, making every bite a delightful experience!

1. Start by heating your oven to 355°F (180°C). Next, wash and cube the sweet potatoes. You don’t need to peel them – the skin adds extra texture and nutrients!

2. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

3. Then, spread the seasoned sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes. They should be browned and soft when done.
