HOMEMADE PIZZA ROLLS

Simple and quick to make and bursting full of pizza flavor, if you thought store-bought was good, then homemade pizza rolls are going to blow you away!

Take some pizza dough, add your favorite pizza sauce, favorite pizza toppings, and plenty of cheese, roll them up, chill them, cut them, and then let the oven work its magic. Don’t blame us if you can’t stop at one.

1. Divide your pizza dough in half and on a lightly floured surface roll out two rectangle shapes approximately 10 x 12 inches. Using your fingers push dents into both rectangular doughs to prevent from bubbling.

2. Brush both pizza dough tops with olive oil. Now spread pizza sauce evenly on your dough and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Next add shredded mozzarella cheese and then lay the vegetarian pepperoni evenly on top, leaving ½ inch at each edge.

ASSEMBLE

3. Now roll your rectangular pizzas into a tight log and place on a baking sheet seam side down and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
