AIR FRYER POTATO SKINS

These crispy air fryer potato skins are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They’re the perfect appetizer or side dish for your next party or gathering.

And they’re so easy to make! Just top with your favorite cheese, sour cream, and green onions, and you’re good to go.

1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F/200°C

PREHEAT

2. Coat the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then prick with a fork and place in the air fryer.

PREP THE POTATOES

3. Cook for 35 – 45 minutes, remove from the air fryer and leave to cool.

4. Scoop out the potato flesh, leaving ¼ inch, and return to the air fryer.
