ROASTED SWEET POTATO CUBES

Our roasted sweet potato cubes are a must-try! We take fresh sweet potatoes, cut them into bite-sized cubes, add perfect seasoning, and roast them to perfection.

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F/220°C and ensure the oven rack is on the middle shelf. Line a large-rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a sheet pan and add the potato cubes, don’t overcrowd them, or they’ll become soggy.

2. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and pepper.
