EASY DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Crunchy on the outside but deliciously soft on the inside with the most amazing chocolate flavor. Our double chocolate chip cookies are one of our favorite cookie recipes!

They are great for cutting costs if you batch cook them and then freeze them. What’s even better is that whenever you are craving a warm, chocolatey cookie, you can enjoy one in minutes. What’s not to love?

1. Preheat oven to 375F/180C.

PREHEAT THE OVEN

2. In a mixing bowl sift together unsweetened cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt, and then set aside.

SIFT TOGETHER

3. Using a stand mixer or handheld electric mixer, cream unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar, and on medium speed, mix until light and fluffy.

COMBINE & CREAM

4. Then, add your egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Next, on low speed, gradually mix in your flour mixture until fully combined. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.

MIX IN

5. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough into balls, approximately 1.5 tablespoons large. Place the cookie dough balls on a prepared baking sheet approximately 2 inches apart.
