 Cranberry  Brie Bites

These cranberry brie bites are the perfect blend of sweet and savory. The cranberries add a tartness that pairs perfectly with the creamy brie. The best part is that they’re bite-sized, so you can easily pop them in your mouth, so they’re sure to be a hit with your guests!

Real crowd pleasers, everybody loves our cranberry brie bites!

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F/190°C. Spray your mini muffin tin with cooking spray and set it aside. Lightly flour your work surface and roll the crescent dough sheet out. Cut your dough into 24 squares of equal size. Then, place the squares into the prepared mini muffin tin well

PREHEAT & PREP

2. Cut your dough into 24 squares of equal size and place the squares into the mini muffin tin wells.  Now cut your brie into small squares and place them inside the dough squares.

ASSEMBLE

3. Add a generous teaspoon of cranberry sauce to each brie bite, chopped walnuts (you could substitute with chopped pecans if you prefer), and a small sprig of rosemary.

TOP THEM OFF

4. Place them in the oven and bake for approximately 15-minutes until the dough is lightly golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

BAKE

5. Remove your cranberry brie bites from the oven and they are best served warm.

SERVE WARM
