CRISPY BAKED SWEET POTATO FRIES

Whether you’re planning a weekend treat or looking for a perfect side dish during the holidays, this recipe is sure to delight.

1. Cut potatoes into fries, ¼" x 3", and place in a bowl of ice water for 30 minutes. This will remove excess starch. Drain the fries and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.

CUT INTO FRIES

2. Place them into a bowl of iced water for 30 minutes.

SOAK

3. After they’ve had their cold bath, drain the fries and use paper towels to pat them completely dry. You want them as dry as possible to achieve that perfect crisp.

DRAIN & DRY

4. Place them in a ziplock bag along with cornstarch and shake until they are evenly coated.
