SIMPLE INGREDIENTS: – eggs – sour cream – milk – shredded cheddar cheese – salt and pepper – olive oil – green onions – green bell pepper – red bell pepper – red onion – broccoli florets

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Spray a baking tray with cooking oil.

2. Combine the eggs, sour cream, milk, 1½ cups of cheese, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk until combined.

3. Sauté green onions, bell peppers, and red onion until softened.
