1. Bring a pot of cold water to a boil, add the eggs, and boil for 12 minutes.

HARD BOIL THE EGGS

2. Let the eggs cool, and then peel them.

COOL & PEEL

3. Slice in half, remove the yolks, and place in a bowl.

SLICE THE EGGS

4. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, thyme, and spices.

ADD

5. Mix until you have a smooth consistency.
