Add olive oil to a pan & fry the onions.

Add salt, tomatoes, & taco seasoning.

Stir to combine & add cilantro.

Add pinto beans, black beans, lime juice, & cheese.

Add cooked rice & stir to combine.

Remove the pepper tops, scoop out the seeds, & place in the air fryer basket.

Stuff the peppers with the rice mixture & top with cheese.

Air fry for approximately 15 minutes, until the peppers are soft & cheese melted. Remove carefully from the basket.
