Whisk eggs, then add mayo, & sour cream.
Add cheese, thyme, & cayenne pepper, & stir to combine.
Add crackers, cheese, & melted butter, & mix to combine.
Place the squash mixture into an oven-proof dish.
Add the cracker topping.
Bake the casserole for 25 - 30 minutes.
