Gather your ingredients




Maple syrup

White wine vinegar

Sunflower oil


Fresh thyme

Peel, then top & tail your parsnips

Boil for 5 minutes, drain & dry

Toss in semolina, honey, maple syrup, white wine vinegar & salt

Place in roasting tin with sunflower oil & fresh thyme 

Roast for 40 minutes, turning halfway through
