HOW TO MAKE EASY CREAMY PARSNIP PUREE

Smooth & creamy with  a nutty taste, learn how  to make quick parsnip  puree in just 25 minutes.  It's the perfect side dish  for a Sunday dinner. 

Ingredients you'll need

Parsnips

Garlic

Heavy cream

Whole milk

Butter

Ground nutmeg

Fresh thyme

Salt & pepper

Peel & thinly slice  your parsnips.

Add sliced parsnips,  heavy cream, milk garlic &  butter to a large pot.

Then add thyme, ground nutmeg, salt & pepper.

Bring to a boil & then simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.

Transfer to blender or food processor and blitz until it's a smooth creamy consistency.

Transfer to bowl &  serve immediately.

Serve as a side dish to a Sunday dinner, Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas dinner.
