Add Graham crackers to a food processor.
Blitz until they are fine crumbs.
Mix Graham cracker crumbs, sugar, & melted butter.
Press the crust into a pie dish & bake for 10 minutes & then let it cool completely.
Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon zest, lemon juice, & vanilla extract.
Mix until combined & smooth.
Pour the lemon filling on top of your Graham cracker crust & smooth the top.
Bake for 20 minutes, cool to room temperature, & chill in the fridge.
