how to make HASSELBACK potatoes

YOU'LL NEED

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

POTATOES OLIVE OIL BUTTER GARLIC ROSEMARY CHIVES THYME SALT & PEPPER GRATED PARMESAN PARSLEY

SLICE THE POTATOES

Place your potatoes in between two wooden spoons and thinly slice.

BRUSH & BAKE

Brush the potatoes with olive oil & bake until they are golden brown.

PREPARE THE BUTTER

Add melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper to a bowl, & stir to combine.

SPOON

Remove the potatoes from the oven & spoon the melted butter mixture onto the potatoes.

CHEESE

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese & place them back in the oven.

BAKE

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, remove from the oven, serve & enjoy!
