Bring your cream to a simmer.
Add your favorite extract or liqueur.
Place chocolate pieces, butter, & vanilla extract in a bowl.
Pour the heated cream over the chocolate mixture.
Stir the chocolate & cream mixture until the chocolate has melted completely.
Place the chocolate mixture in a bowl with parchment paper covering the surface & chill for 2 hours.
Scoop the mixture into balls & roll in your favorite coating.
Enjoy them immediately, gift them, or keep them in the fridge for up to two weeks.
