Wash, dry, & slice your potatoes into ½-inch thick wedges.
Mix garlic powder, dried rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, & pepper in a small bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potato wedges.
Scatter the seasoning & toss to coat the wedges evenly.
Place the wedges in the air fryer basket, be careful not to overcrowd them, or they'll go soggy when cooked.
Air fry for approx. 14 - 20 minutes shaking the basket halfway through for an even cook.
Serve immediately as a side dish or with your favorite dipping sauce.
