Simmer your potatoes until fork tender.
Melt butter, & add mushroom soup, sour cream, & green onions.
Add half of the cheese
Add your cooked potatoes & stir to combine.
Transfer to a prepared oven dish & scatter cheese on top.
Bake for approx. 30 minutes, until bubbly and browned.
