Roast Brazil nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts & pecans.

Peel, chop & boil the parsnips.

Mash your cooked parsnips.

Fry your onions.

Add your garlic & fresh chili.

Add lentils, mushrooms, carrots, red pepper, tomato paste & stir to combine.

Fill the loaf tin with the mixture & press down so it's compact.
